🧠 Why I Give Away a Free Sleep Plan Every Month (And How to Enter)

Being exhausted as a parent is expected — but feeling hopeless shouldn’t be.

I started Nite Nite Baby to bring real, personalized sleep support to families who feel overwhelmed and stuck. But I also know that 1-on-1 sleep consulting isn’t accessible for every parent — even when they desperately need it.

That’s why every single month, I give away one Premium Sleep Plan 100% free to a family who needs support. No strings. No catch. Just one tired parent who deserves help — and sleep.

💡 Why I Do This

This giveaway was inspired by someone close to my heart: my cousin. She’s a single mom, working full-time, and doing everything on her own. She loves her baby more than anything, but the sleepless nights, the stress, and the pressure to “figure it out herself” was wearing her down.

She couldn’t afford sleep support. But she deserved it —just like anyone else.

And that’s when I knew — if I had the ability to help, I needed to. I wanted to.

I’m based in the Central Time Zone (U.S.) and hold client hours between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM CST. I set these boundaries for my own mental health and to support the well-being of my family — thank you so much for understanding!

✨ If you're in a different time zone, you're still absolutely welcome to apply. Just keep in mind that all live support and real-time communication will take place during those CST hours.
