Hi, I’m Kenyon Gatlin, founder of Nite Nite Baby and co-founder of a growing educational platform that develops specialized sleep resources for children with sensory needs, ADHD, and autism.

My path to sleep consulting looks a little different than most. Before becoming a mom, I worked in healthcare — as a 911 EMT in Los Angeles, later earning my degree in Health Science. When my daughter was born, she spent 59 days in the NICU and came home with a G-tube, therapies, and an uncertain future. That season taught me firsthand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep (or lack of it) can be, especially for families navigating medical complexities.

Today, I combine that medical background, personal NICU experience, and certified pediatric sleep training to support families nationwide. I work with newborns, toddlers, and older kids — from healthy sleepers who just need some structure to children with more unique challenges such as feeding tubes, neurodiverse needs, or sensory sensitivities.

I believe every child can learn the skill of independent sleep, and every parent deserves rest and confidence. Whether you’re here for a customized one-on-one sleep plan or through one of our specialized neurodiverse sleep workshops, my goal is the same: to help your family find peace at night and joy during the day.

The woman has long hair and a tattoo on her upper arm, and is wearing a beige sleeveless sweater, black pants, and white sneakers.

Sleep shouldn’t feel impossible.

I work with children from 10 weeks to 10 years old, supporting parents who are tired of long nights, skipped naps, and endless rocking or feeding to sleep. Together, we’ll create a gentle, customized plan that helps your child sleep independently—and helps you feel like yourself again.
